Project Overview
Urban micro-renovation boosts industrial clustering and innovation. This integrated hard-tech park features Lingnan gardens and rooftop courts for pleasant public spaces.
Based on urban micro-renovation, we adhere to industrial clustering, organic renewal, collaborative innovation and industry-university-research integration to drive industrial upgrading. We create integrated spaces for production, R&D and office, build a hard-tech ecosystem and forge a core hub in the Greater Bay Area. We also refine public spaces with Lingnan gardens and rooftop basketball courts.
